Want a shot at being famous?

Be an extra in the Quahog Day movie shoot!

When: Friday, April 27th at 11:30 a.m.

Where: Red Jacket Beach Resort, 1 South Shore Drive, South Yarmouth

Why: To see your name in lights, of course!

The Cape Cod Chamber will be filming a "mockumentary" video about the Cape Cod mascot, Doug the Quahog, to create some hype in advance of the 4th Annual Cape Cod Quahog Day on June 20th! The short, 5-minute video follows Doug's rise to fame in a playful spoof of VH1's "Behind the Music" program, and it will be promoted after its late May launch via  websites, social media channels, YouTube page, and through industry partners! 

They need your help!They are filming the last scene for our Quahog Day video this Friday, April 27th at 11:30 a.m. at one of the waterfront cottages at the Red Jacket Beach in South Yarmouth.
This is a scene that requires a lot of extras in it, so please come join the fun or help spread the word. All they need you to do is stand and look pretty for the camera! All ages are welcome, and they should have you in and out of there in an under an hour (the perfect way to spend your lunch break on a beautiful day!)
