Mr. Dale Keel will address Operations & Maintenance (O&M) funding, how it is calculated, how to use funds, historical funding, the importance of reporting actual costs, and contacts for your region. When O & M is performed as required, O & M activities extend the useful life of school facilities that is important in light of the current state of constrained budgets for major renovations and new construction.
