Adult Self-Defense Class
Sundays March 19-May 14
From 11:00-12:30

This class is an 8-week course, designed to teach to the worst-case scenario. Avoiding such situations will be taught as part of this course, but will not be the main focus. Both instructors have experience in martial arts, other fighting styles, and self-defense.  The cost for this class is $50 for 8 sessions. Participants must be 18 or over, or 16 with written permission from parent. All proceeds go to the Jewish Federation.

Israeli Cooking & Dancing!
(Grades 7th-12th)

5:30-7:30 PM

Efrat will lead our 7th through 12th graders in cooking an Israeli dinner of Shakshuka and Israeli Salad, and a couple of our teen leaders will teach us a couple of Israeli dances! You won't want to miss it! Please RSVP to Efrat at israel@thejewishfed.org by March 17th!
Last Call for 2017 Michiana Jewish Film Festival Sponsors

We are excited to announce the 7th Annual Michiana Jewish Film Festival, presented by the South Bend Cubs (MJFF), will be held May 15 through
May 18. The MJFF is brought to you by the generous support of community members and local businesses. The deadline for submitting sponsorships is March 10 if you wish to be included in all marketing material. Donations will be accepted through the beginning of the festival on May 15, but may not be listed as a sponsor on marketing.
