Meyerhoff Fellows Launched

Thanks to the Meyerhoff Foundation, the Network (members of AJFCA and IAJVS) has launched a second set of Early Career Professional Fellows. The accompanying photo is of the new group, which convened for the first time recently in a retreat at The Pearlstone Center outside of Baltimore. It's an outstanding group, one which embraced the learning and fellowship the retreat provided with gusto; but more about the 2016-17 Meyerhoff Fellows in a future issue of the Network News.

Now is the time to celebrate and acknowledge the 2015-16 Meyerhoff Fellows, which recently completed their year as Fellows, but created bonds and acquired knowledge that will last through the years. Congratulations to:

Adam Halpern, JFS Seattle, WA
Carly Sonenshine, JFCS Atlanta, GA
Hileia Seeger, JSSA Rockville, MD
Kristina Jalazo, Gulf Coast JFCS Clearwater, FL
Melissa Krechmer, JFCS Philadelphia, PA
Micah Buck-Yael, JFCS St. Louis, MO
Natalie Kahn, JFS Detroit, MI
Rebecca Rice, East Bay JFCS Berkeley, CA
Taly Friedman JFS Kansas City, KS
Todd Sandler JFCS Minneapolis, MN

Thank you, 2015-16 Fellows, for enriching the Fellowship and the field through your participation. And thank you Meyerhoff Foundation and the sponsoring agencies for helping to build the leadership of the Jewish human service sector into the future.
