Governors call for bipartisan action on health reform
Ohio Governor John Kasich joined Colorado's Governor John Hickenlooper, a Democrat, in Washington D.C. Tuesday to call on Congress to take bipartisan action on improving health care. Speaking just hours before the Senate leadership decided to delay its vote on federal health care reform, Kasich said that the Senate bill was "not acceptable" to him because of the loss of coverage for millions of Americans, including the mentally ill, drug addicted, chronically ill, and the working poor.
