PHAI Urges HUD to Expand Proposed Smoke-free Public Housing Rule to All HUD-Funded Housing

Madison and Parmet Present at Health Law Year in P/Review Conference
In January, Professor Kristin Madison presented on "Wellness Incentives, the ADA and GINA" and Professor Wendy Parmet spoke about "Gun Control and Public Health Law" at the fourth annual Health Law Year in P/Review at the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School.

Davis on Fulbright Delivers European Lecture Series
Professor Martha Davis is spending this year as the Fulbright Distinguished Chair in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute at Lund University in Lund, Sweden. She is researching municipal policies relating to the human right to water and sanitation, and has delivered talks at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the University of Regensburg in Germany, among others.
