The STAR² Center (Solutions, Training, and Assistance for Recruitment and Retention) of the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) provides free resources, training, and technical assistance (TA) related to recruitment and retention in community health centers.
Individual health center recruitment and retention Data Profiles have been released via email to health center CEOs by STAR² Center staff. If your health center has not received this important free resource, please contact us so that we can correct the contact information for your CEO and resend your Data Profile.
Additionally, packets of state information have been released to PCA and PCO staff who became approved users by signing and returning a confidentiality agreement to ACU. A state aggregate report will be made available in the coming weeks as a supplemental resource for approved users for each state.
