The  STAR² Center (Solutions, Training, and Assistance for Recruitment and Retention) of the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) provides free resources, training, and technical assistance (TA) related to recruitment and retention in community health centers.

STAR² Center Regional Workforce Strategy Sessions
Throughout spring 2017, the STAR² Center team were on the road conducting full day Workforce Strategy Sessions in collaboration with PCA teams from each HHS defined region in the country. We were delighted to work with workforce staff from 40 states to discuss both state and regional goals and activities. 

Now that we have wrapped up our national tour of Strategy Sessions, STAR² Center team members are working to produce formal Regional Action Plans and Session Summaries based on each region's discussions. We are looking forward to sharing these resources with you soon!
