2017 Recruitment & Retention Data Profiles Released!

We are happy to announce that the STAR² Center individual recruitment and retention  Data Profiles were released to each health center CEO in the country throughout the week of November 27, 2017!

State level packets will be available to PCA and PCO staff who have completed a data use agreement in the coming weeks. Supporting documents and data use agreements are located in the  Data Profile Information Center on our website.

Please contact us if you have not yet received your Data Profile or if you would like to discuss your data and potential next steps in your workforce planning!

The STAR ²  Center would like to provide data on Health Professions Training in health centers to support the recruitment and retention Data Profiles but there isn't a reliable data source to provide that information.

This is where you come in! We ask that all health centers complete our short assessment to help us identify potential areas for resources, training, and technical assistance. You can preview the questions prior to completing the assessment by clicking here.

Health center staff can opt-in to share their information with our PCA partners so we hope that PCA workforce staff will help us get the word out about this important assessment. Please share this with health center workforce staff to complete the assessment online by December 29, 2017If you would like to know the count of health centers who have supported this survey in your state so far, please contact Mariah Blake. We hope to hear from you soon!
