The STAR² Center (Solutions, Training, and Assistance for Recruitment and Retention) of the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) provides free resources, training, and technical assistance (TA) related to recruitment and retention in community health centers.
The session will take place on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 9:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET and requires a separate registration from the ACU general conference registration. Registration is free for ACU 2016 attendees. Registration is open to individuals interested in attending only this session for a small fee to cover the cost of the room. The Center for Interdisciplinary Health Workforce Studies' (The Center) mission is to measurably improve the performance of the health delivery enterprise of the national health care delivery system. The Center will contribute to these goals via a broad research program directed at the most pressing issues and trends specifically related to the healthcare workforce.
The STAR² Center recently added research conducted by the Center to our expanding Resource Center. We look forward to sharing more information from the Center in the future as we wok to address workforce needs across the country.
