Ahhh... clear, crisp fall air... has to be one of the best times of the year weather-wise.

 

October marks the downhill run to the end of the year. Historically, how has your business faired through the fourth quarter, particularly the holiday season? It is easy to get lost in all of the fall activities, football, hunting season, Thanksgiving, Christmas, et al. 

 

One way you can make sure you stay on track is to put your fourth quarter action plan in writing, reviewing and updating it at least weekly. Good luck!
