Don't forget mom on Sunday.   This weekend we will celebrate moms everywhere as we celebrate Mother's Day.  We want to thank you for all you do day in and day out.

June 5 is officially Scatter Sunshine Day in Burlington Township.  Don't forget to order your Scatter Sunshine by Wednesday so you have it in time for this wonderful day!  High School parents, please remember that BTHS is running on a modified schedule next week starting on Monday for PARCC testing. Support the BT Foundation!

Some of our fundraisers have passed. But, there's still time to support before the end of the school year! Visit us on  our website for more details on how you can help support our district and students.

The Burlington Township Foundation is in Danger

Danger As we have stated since September, all of the BTF Board members are retiring at the end of this year.  We are in dire need of volunteers to step up and take over these leadership roles.  The future of the Foundation and all of the Family Associations are at stake!

The BTF holds the 501c3 non-profit status that enables all of our Family Associations to operate as tax exempt entities.  Our status as a registered non-profit with the State of New Jersey allows us to apply for the gaming licenses for some of our biggest fundraisers.  We are also eligible to apply for grants that provide money for many school programs.

Without a Board of Directors, the BTF will be unable to operate.  This means that the Family Associations at each of our schools will be unable to operate as well.  The fundraising accomplished by our member groups - the YSFA, FWFA, MSFA and HSFA, as well as the Band Parents, Theater Parents, Project Graduation, HS Team Parents, and 8th Grade Dance committee -  provides so many great things for our students related to academics, arts and athletics, but this cannot happen without a Foundation Board.

Please consider stepping up to continue the work of the Burlington Township Foundation!  Our students are counting on you!!

For more information, contact any of our Board Members:

Jody Kruse - President -  [email protected]
Bonnie Mazza - Vice President -  [email protected]
Carol Morgen - Secretary -  [email protected]
Greg Komiskey - Gaming Treasurer -  [email protected]
AnnMarie Kelemen - Financial Treasurer -  [email protected]
REMINDER!!!!!
We encourage our parents to remind their children about the importance of wearing their seat belts when riding our school buses. The District values your child(ren)'s safety and ask that our parents remember to consistently have conversations about safety measures for riding the school bus in the morning and afternoon.
