 Bowie BIC Board Elects New Leadership and Expands the Size of the Board

The Bowie BIC Board of Directors is comprised of business leaders and entrepreneurs.  In February, the Board voted to elect new officers to lead the Board, it expanded the size of the board by two seats and elected two new Board members to these seats. 

Bowie BIC's new board officers are:  

Mark A. Lawrence, Chairman
Founder/Managing Principal, Inncuvate Consulting, LLC
Mark is an experienced entrepreneurial ecosystem builder and technology scout.


S herman L. Ragland II, Vice Chair
CEO, RealInvestors, Inc.
Sherman is a real estate educator, author, developer and investor. 

Charlene T. Wade, Secretary  
President, Workforce Resources, Inc.
Charlene is a successful 8a government contractor, operating in Maryland and North Carolina.


Greg J. Bussink, Treasurer
Principal, CliftonLarsonAllen, LLC
Greg is a Bowie State University alum. He graduated from the College of Business Accounting Program.


Jerry D. Miller, Esq., Principal for Joseph Greenwald & Laake, PA and Eben G. Smith President and CEO of Three E Consulting Group were elected to fill the two new Bowie BIC board seats.
