The Happy Farm 1-Year Volunteering
If you would like to practice mindfulness with organic farming and community living in Plum Village for a year, you can apply for a Happy Farm 1-year volunteering.

Spiritual Ecology Youth Leadership Programme 2018
The Spiritual Ecology Youth Leadership Programme is an eight month part-time course for 20-32 year olds from different faith and spiritual traditions, based in the UK and Europe.

The Programme is about integrating universal spiritual values as the foundation of our response to the ecological crisis, and putting the worldview and principles of spiritual ecology into action.

Wake Up is an active global community of young adults (ages 18-35) established by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in 2008. We come together to practice mindfulness and help transform society. 

We follow the Five Mindfulness Trainings, which are ethical guidelines that offer concrete practices of true love and understanding, and a path towards a life in harmony with each other and the Earth.
