Lea DeLaria seems to have achieved overnight stardom with her stand-out role as Big Boo in the Netflix hit series Orange is the New Black. In fact, Lea was the first queer comic to perform on television in America which launched her into world recognition.  Prior to her success onOrange, she appeared in countless television series (includingCalifornicationLaw and Order SVUWill and Grace), films (First Wives Club) and on and off Broadway.  As if that's not enough, she has five records on the Warner Jazz and Classics label and her book, Lea's Book of Rules for the World is in its third printing.

Marina Franklin is emerging as one of the hottest comedians in the comedy scene today, with notable appearances on Wanda Sykes'Herlarious, Showtime's Women Who KillThe Late Late Show with Craig FergusonThe Jay Leno ShowChapelle's ShowTough Crowd with Colin Quinn, Season 2 of NBC's Last Comic Standing andShowtime at the Apollo.  Based in New York, she is a favorite in Comedy Festivals across the world.  Originally from Chicago, Franklin made her acting debut at the Illinois Rep Theatre and earned her MFA in acting at Syracuse University.  Franklin is viciously likeable, if there is such a thing.

Bonnie McFarlane
(Moderator) is a national headlining comedian who has performed several times on The Late Show with David Letterman, has an HBO special, a Comedy Central special and an adorable 7 year old daughter. But don't ask her to pick a favorite because she loves them all equally.  She most recently directed a movie called Women Aren't Funny that she calls "probably the most important film of our generation." You can get it on iTunes.  Big act, Rich Vos is her husband. She's required by marriage vows to include him in any bio.
