As we approach the end of 2014, we send warmest wishes to you and your family for a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! At The Solomon Foundation, we have been blessed with another great year in 2014. We thank God for all His blessings and provisions. We also rejoice and celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior!

During our Annual Board Retreat in July, we cast a vision for the next seven years. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are focused on our mission to 'Help Churches Get to the Next Step'. Due to this growth, we find it necessary to continue expanding our staff.

Entering the fall, God began to lead me to structure our staff to manage this unprecedented growth. Transitioning into 2015, as TSF approaches $200 million in total assets, I felt led to form a Senior Management Team to assist me in managing the four key areas of our ministry. In early December, we held our annual staff meeting in Denver and launched the new leadership structure.

Firstly, I am pleased to announce the addition of Steve Larson to our TSF family. Steve brings a great breadth of knowledge and contacts throughout our Movement of churches. Since the mid 1990's, Steve has been instrumental in planting over 50 churches all across the USA and Canada. Thanks to his efforts, thousands of people have been won for Christ.

As of January 1, 2015, I have appointed four Senior Vice Presidents to serve on our Senior Management Team with me. Each one is well qualified to serve!

Rebekah Graham

REBEKAH GRAHAM - SR. VICE PRESIDENT AND CONTROLLER
Rebekah joined us in June and has been a real asset since day one!
She is responsible for Accounting, Finance, Audit, Budgeting, Financial Planning, Human Resources, and IT. She has made major improvements to our financial reporting and has experience in working with auditors. I am very excited to work with Rebekah as we fine tune our modeling and forecasting process.

STEVE LARSON - SR. VICE PRESIDENT OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS
Steve is our newest team member. He has an exceptional heart for the Kingdom. He brings a broad range of business experience coupled with church planting expertise, including being the lead planter for a church reaching over 1,000 in attendance. Steve will be responsible for our field team across the US, our Loan Origination Program, our TSF Weekends Program, and expansion of our overall business plan.  slarson@thesolomonfoundation.org

SARAH ROBERTS - SR. VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Sarah has been with TSF for three years and a witness to our extraordinary growth.  She will be responsible for our Loan Underwriting and Servicing, Investor Relations, Compliance and Asset Management. Since July, Sarah has been developing and cross training her team to serve our clients with the BEST customer service in the industry.  sroberts@thesolomonfoundation.org
Ben Simms

BEN SIMMS - SR. VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT
Ben joined us this fall after a very successful career as Executive Vice President of Lifeline Christian Mission. Prior to that, he served in various roles as an Executive Pastor and Business Administrator for churches in the Midwest. His major areas of responsibilities will be implementing our Marketing Plan, Special Projects, our Gift/Leaseback Program, equity building, and Operational Interface as we launch new systems.  bsimms@thesolomonfoundation.org
As the Chief Executive Officer of TSF, my goal is to lead this team to improve in all areas of our ministry. I am very confident our team will lead TSF to honor our five core values.
We thank you for your trust, support, and partnership. We are excited for the upcoming year and look forward to serving you!

Blessings,

Douglas J. Crozier
Chief Executive Officer
