Grape Varietal: 100% Barbera

 

Designation: Organic

 

Notes: Lovely ruby-red color with purple reflections in the glass. To the nose, fresh red fruits. The palate is full of tart cherry and red raspberries, with some floral notes. This is a fresh, juicy wine with mouth watering acidity and light tannins. Very food friendly. Thinking about PIZZA or PASTA with herby red sauce because this wine drinks great with these types of food!

 

Drink if you enjoy: Fresh, light bodied red wines made to be enjoyed any day of the week and twice on Friday! It won't let you down, only liven things UP!

Grape Varietal: 100% Vermentino

 

Designation: Organic, Vegan

 

Notes: Pleasant light and clear yellow color with green hue in the glass. The nose is full of fresh orchard fruit and citrus aromatics. On the palate, Granny Smith Apples, ripe Bartlet Pears, fresh lime zest and crushed stone minerality. This is a dry wine with intense, fresh fruits. It's full and appealing with balanced acidity, it has a persistent and intense finish.

 

Drink if you enjoy: If you like Viognier, then this wine is for you. Dry, fruit forward, full body and a BONUS, IT’S VEGAN!

India Pale Ale, 8.2% ABV, Bitterness: 88 IBUs

4-pack, 16oz cans

Another entry from the young, IPA-specialist local brewery in Northampton, MA who’s first three IPAs have been very well-received. The Double is clear amber with a two plus inch white head which receded slowly to thick surface foam and dense lacing. It has a fairly intense pine resin from the glass on the nose. The taste follows the nose but moderately over a medium biscuit/bready malt base, encouraging a bigger swallow. It has a dry finish with virtually no lingering bitterness. Medium to full with great body and medium carbonation tingle. Perhaps more of a West coast style than NE IPA, but a great one which is surprisingly easy drinking for a double but no slouch in the hop bitterness and flavor department either. The Double should be quite popular selection due to its flavor and exceptional drinkability.

Ginger Libation with blueberries, 9% ABV

 

The newest addition to our Libation lineup is the Blueberry Libation. Instead of pineapple juice in the mix we use fresh pressed organic blueberries to give this variety a distinct taste and color. Blueberry Libation is another great variety in our expanding line of Ginger beers and we hope you love it as much as we do. Gluten free, Sulfite free.
