Maintenance Requests

PropertyADVANTAGE must have all maintenance requests submitted in writing. To easily facilitate this requirement, we offer an online maintenance request form. When you have a maintenance issue, all you have to do is go to www.propadvantage.com and click on the maintenance request tab. From there fill out the form as best you can. The more specific you are about your maintenance issue, the faster the issue will be resolved. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the time you submit your maintenance request to the time our maintenance technician contacts you.

For after hours emergency maintenance issues, which include fire, flood, gas or loss of power, please call 760-805-5061 for Oceanside properties and 760-805-0802 for all properties outside Oceanside. For fire, gas or natural disasters call 911 FIRST!
