In August, the City of Nanaimo's CAO, Tracy Samra, visited our Government Affairs Committee. She had this to say:

"I welcome the opportunity for the City to work more collaboratively with the Chamber through their Government Affairs Committee.  Some really great recommendations have come from them, such as consulting on bylaw and policy changes, and I will be following up on them in the future and maintaining this relationship."
