Kristine Carlson, New York Times bestselling author and world-renowned speaker, is passionate about spreading her message of joy and gratitude  amidst the ups and downs of life.
Kris's mission expands upon the success of her late husband Dr. Richard Carlson's work in the Don't Sweat the Small Stuff series. She continues his legacy of peaceful and mindful living through her own bestselling books, including Don't Sweat the Small Stuff in Love and Don't Sweat the Small Stuff for Women. Over the past two decades, over 25 million books have been sold.
Kristine is a sought-after inspirational speaker whose life message is built upon the tenants of joyful living, mindfulness, and self-rediscovery in the face of grief or transition of any kind. She has been featured on hundreds of national radio and television broadcasts, including The Today Show, Good Morning America, The View, and The Oprah Winfrey Show.  Living in Northern California, Kris is  mom to two daughters & "Nana" to four (soon to be five) grandchildren.

Lyena Strelkoff, M.A. is a transformation coach, storyteller, and speaker passionately dedicated to advancing the way humans respond to change, challenge, and adversity. A lifelong dancer paralyzed in a hiking accident, Lyena's entire life was elevated, not in spite of paralysis... because of it. She is the creator of The Shero's Way™, a modern, feminized approach that turns challenges into catalysts that catapult us upward. She coaches women nationwide and 
leads private retreats and workshops. 
Lyena is a contributing essayist to Dancing at the Shame Prom (Seal Press 2012) and the subject of an 
award-winning short documentary. Her  autobiographical one-woman show, "Caterpillar Soup" has enjoyed five national tours and an honor by VSA Arts, an affiliate of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Lyena has appeared on stage with Jane Fonda, Marisa Tomei, and Rosario Dawson among others, and has been featured in the LA Times, heard on National Public Radio and numerous podcasts.


Cheryl Hunter is a bestselling author who provides expert commentary on resilience for national news sources.
Cheryl never set out to be an expert in resilience, but as a teenager, she faced a life-changing trauma which altered her trajectory. Once she  survived, she refocused her life, and used her experience to create an educational framework that empowers women to flourish through challenge and adversity. Her education has been profiled by PBS, CNN, HLN, and has helped over a quarter million people learn to be successful, self-confident, and happy, no matter what comes their way. Forbes  named Cheryl one of their top four  "favorite TED speakers,"   adding that Cheryl has,  "something very important to teach - about life, love, empathy and reaching your fullest potential on this planet.

13900 Marquesas Way, Marina del Rey, 90292 (Building is called Espirit.  Parking:  When approaching the building turn to your right, toward the pool & water front.  The valet guy will point you to the guest parking. (He will only be there until 8pm. You will not be able to get into the building after that time).  Once in parking garage make your first left and park in a green visitor spot. Follow signs to leasing office.  You will see Lucero at elevators for check in.
