NitNeil Partners to Construct State of the Art Facility in Mount Pleasant, SC

 

 

ATLANTA, GEORGIA - July 22, 2015 - Just weeks after breaking ground on a new facility in Downtown Charleston,  NitNeil Partners and Live Oak Capital Partners are pleased to announce a second new facility for the region in the prestigious suburb of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.  T he three-story building will feature 52,500 square feet of climate-controlled self storage.  Located at 1426 Highway 17 North near the intersection of Interstate 526, the facility will be centrally located along the city's primary commercial corridor.
