This week we received the news that the City of Visalia will be going forward with consultant's version of the newly drafted sign ordinance. This current version will be one of the strictest in our state. It will negatively change the real estate industry and would affect the "For Sale" and "Open House" signs that you use on a regular basis. We need to show the City of Visalia where our industry stands on this and explain to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) the importance of permitting these few simple changes to the sign ordinance.
