A note of strength from Nolans:

"Yesterday morning I stood with my entire staff as we watched Nolan's burn to the ground. Some of us stood in shock, while most of us attempted to fight back the tears as we watched all of our hard work fall one piece at a time. Each wall, each garden, each favorite picture, and each favorite table came down right in front of us.
It was horrifying and it was surreal.
I wish this upon no one, but if it does ever happen to you, I hope that your blessed enough to be surroun ... ded by the same group of people as I was yesterday. Without a word being said, we remained together until the very last flame was extinguished.
An hour after it ended, my management team and I got back to work to figure out how would we would handle the obvious challenges ahead of us.
The long term plan is easy. We will rebuild Nolan's at South Main Street and it will even better than before. After meeting with my landlord, I am confident that our main restaurant will be up and running by April 2018.
The short term plan is more of a challenge but we will get through it. Nolan's at the Canandaigua Country Club will absorb some of my full time employees for the remainder of the summer, which will be helpful. The Country Club and our catering division will remain in full operation.
The very good news is this.....
The Nolan's team will survive. We will not feel sorry for ourselves and we will be back to serve Canandaigua again. It's what we do, and that will not change.
In the meantime, we would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming support over the past 24 hours. A thousand text messages from regular customers wishing us good luck and offering their prayers. Eric's office, Casa de Pasta, Peppers, Jose Willes, and others have all reached out to offer services and even employment for some of our people.
Canandaigua, you are amazing and we cant wait to serve you again. We are strong and we will be back."

A First Hand Story from a long-time customer: Joan, A Vet Tech: My hands become so dry from washing, and it becomes difficult to do my job assisting our animal patients with health and wellness. I recommend O'Keeffe's Working Hands.

Working Hands is a unique formulation of moisturizing ingredients guaranteed to improve dry, cracked skin. The skin's natural barrier can be damaged and this leads to increased water loss which creates dry and cracked skin. O'Keefe's not only protects the skin from further moisture loss, but draws moisture back to the skin. The protective barrier seals in moisture, reducing evaporation. It's easy to use - apply a small dab of cream as needed throughout the day -especially after washing hands, bathing and at bedtime. Take care of your most valuable tools - your hands. O'Keefe's now comes in a handy tube - great for your purse, backpack or briefcase. Stop in Canandaigua The Medicine Shoppe today.
