Weekly Summary

  • A fire that resulted from a malfunctioning fireplace resulted in $175,000 damage to a home in the 2100 Block of W Greenwood Rd in the City of Glendale on November 26.
  • A small basement fire at a home in the 6400 Block of N Pine Shore Rd in Glendale caused some damage to the home on November 27. 
  • Department personnel and vehicles participated in the Whitefish Bay Holiday Stroll Parade on November 24.
  • All personnel were trained on the Department's new employee scheduling/timekeeping software the week of November 27.
  • Staff meet with Zimmerman Architects regarding station improvements at two fire stations.
