  • A 68 year old female that was found pulseless and not breathing in her home was resuscitated by Engine 85, Truck 83, Milwaukee Med 4 and River Hills Police on June 28. She was transported to Columbia St. Mary's-Ozaukee with pulses and breathing on her own.
  • A carbon monoxide leak from a faulty commercial stove ventilation system caused high levels of carbon monoxide to accumulate in a restaurant in Oakland Avenue in Shorewood on June 29. The building was ventilated and turned over to the owner for repair. No injuries were reported.
  • Administrative Staff held their monthly staff meeting on June 27. The meeting included organizational culture training/discussion.
  • Paramedic staff continued to attend the Summer Paramedic License Refresher Cycle at various sites throughout Milwaukee County. • Professional Development Training for members assigned to the three shifts was delivered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week.
  • Chief Whitaker and Assistant Chief Harris held a monthly meeting with North Shore Firefighters Local 1440 Officers.
