Personalized Paper
Not Just Scrap can personalize White Cardstock for you. We have 1 word, 2 word and 3 word options with many colors to choose from. The possibilities are endless. Here are some ideas on what to have printed: Your child's name, the names of two people getting engaged or married, a person's birthday( ex: John's 50th.), the names of twins, a place you visited(ex: Paris France), etc.

We also have multi line diagonal formats. As an example on one format you can have the Bride & Groom's name and on another line print the Wedding Date or Baby's Name on one line the Date & Time of Birth and Weight & Length on additional lines. There are two designs that are great for Schools. Click the photo below to see some samples.

May 7th is National Scrapbooking Day. We are hosting a 14 hour crop from 10am-midnight. Seating is limited to 12. There will be snacks & water available all day and we will be serving Lunch and Dinner.

We still have spots left, so make sure you call to register for your seat!

We will also be announcing the winner of the Vagabond Machine during the crop. If you haven't bought your tickets, make sure you come before Saturday. The Vagabond machine is also universal. So, not only can you use all of the Sizzix dies you can also use other manufacturers dies as well. There are different sandwiches for the Cuttlebug, QuicKutz, Spellbinders, etc.

I brought in a new line of stamps. Yvonne introduced me to them a while ago. They are so much fun, I might even become addicted to stamping. They work perfect with copic markers as well as other coloring mediums.

The best part of these stamps is that there are multiple "accessory" images on them so you can change up the image or use the accessories on a different image.

Quick Quotes KOM
We will now be offering Quick Quotes Kits of the Month starting in June (that's a mouthful). Here is how it works. Each month we will have a sample in the store of the following months kit. The kit will either contain two 2 page layouts(4 pages total) or an altered art project, such as; mini books, canvas projects, wall hanging home decor kits.

You have to sign up for the class or, if you want to, just purchase the kit by the 12th of the month prior to the kit arriving. If you sign up for the class (Limit 10) there will be prizes too.

Not Just Scrap's Basic Grey Layout of the Month Class is Back.

4 SPOTS LEFT!!!You will create a total of 12 two page layouts. That's 24 pages! Each month you will create a two page layout. Only the newest Basic Grey papers and embellishments will be used to create the layouts.

Class will be held the 3rd Thursday of each month. If you can't make it to a class because of a scheduling conflict you can still pick up the kit. If you bring the completed pages in for the next class you will still qualify to sign up for the next class.

At the end of the year we will have a party to celebrate!

Buddie System
Bring a friend to a class and you each will receive a $5.00 credit which you can deduct from your class fee or use toward products. You and your friend will also get a 25% discount on anything you purchase when you are at the class with your friend!

(In the case of the class extending over a period of time the credit and discount are only valid on the first class in the series. Not valid on workshops from outside vendors)

Customer Referral Program
For each new customer you send our way we will issue you a $5.00 store credit. All you have to do is make sure they write your name down on the "new customer form" they fill out at the store with their first purchase. They have to be a new customer who is not in our system currently and spend at least $25.00 on product for you to qualify for the $5.00 credit. They will also get a 5% discount on their first order if it is at least $25.00.

Not Just Scrap Points Since our doors opened almost 5 years ago, Not Just Scrap, has had a point system in place. Here is how it works:

For every dollar you spend on products at Not Just Scrap you get 1 point.
When you reach 250 points you get $25 credit towards your next purchase. You can hold on to the $25 for something special or use part of it.
When we run a Double or Triple Point Day you will get 2 or 3 points per dollar you spend.
Your points will expire if you have not made a purchase for 1 year.
The computer keeps track of your points and prints them at the bottom of your invoices.
You don't have to worry about a card that gets punched. On the other systems your card gets punched if you reach that circle amount. Example: On other systems if you buy $7 dollars worth or merchandise you only get a $5 circle punched or nothing if you only have $10 or $20 circles left.
We give you 1 point for every dollar. We don't punch circles for every 5 or 10 or 20 dollars you spend. If you spend $7 dollars you get 7 points.

During all crop sessions we will give you a discount based on how much you buy. Now not only do you get to use our tools and space you save money too!

10% when you spend $25 or more on products during a crop
15% when you spend $45 or more on products during a crop
20% when you spend $85 or more on products during a crop
25% when you spend $100 or more on products during a crop.

Classes - all class samples will be displayed in the store. Drop by to see the samples in person the pictures do not do the classes justice. The on-line Class Calendar shows larger pictures when you click on the class description on the date.

Beginners. May 5, 11 & 25. 7-9pm $15.

Bring a couple of photos to this class and we will help you pick out papers and create a beautiful one page layout. The main focus of this class is how to mix pattern papers. You will also learn how to use the basic scrapbooking tools and adhesives.

Kimono Cards. May 10 6-8pm $20

Yvonne has designed these beautiful cards shaped as kimono's. You will make 2 cards in this class.

Quilled Angel. May 12, 6-8pm. $17

Yvonne has been asked to repeat this class by many of you. Come join her as she shows you how to create this adorable Angel Playing the Guitar.

Flip Flop Book. May 17, 7-9pm. $32

Come create this fun 8x8 book with Doris. There are actual Flip Flops on the front!!! We have a limit of 6 for the class right now.

Seasons Quilled. May 29 1:30-3:30pm. $20

Pick your favorite one and join Yvonne as she shows you how easy it is to quill for the seasons.

English Country Side. May 31, 6-8pm. $36.

Limit 5. Create this beautiful scene using stamps and watercolor markers with Yvonne. She will teach you watercolor techniques to take you beyond just stamping. You will get the stamp set in the class.

Classy Crops- NJS will be vending here.

Kathy Johnston released her 2011 dates for her Classy Crops Events.

June 4th & August 27 will be full day crops from 9am till Midnight.

November 11-13 will be her next Classy Crop Weekend Getaway.

She will be holding these events at the Crown Plaza at Exit 63 off the LIE.
