This one-day conference has something for everyone!
We'll begin the morning with coffee service from Arpeggio, Simpson Spring water and yogurt from Stonyfield.
Opening remarks will be presented by MDAR Commissioner, Greg Watson. There will also be a short presentation by Barry Gross of the Southeastern Mass Meat Producers Association (SEMMPA) on their survey results covering supply, demand and in-state processing capacity.
We have 17 workshops in four tracks: Farmer, Youth, Public, and Organic - over three sessions.
