Vegetarian main dish provided, please bring a side dish to share. Please RSVP to Andrea Mazer HERE if you would like to join us for Shabbat dinner on the 11th.

 Talk and
Discussion by foreign correspondent, Mark Lavie "Mideast Reporting: What you're Missing."  C orrespondent Mark Lavie has been covering the Mideast since 1972. He has watched the region change, for better and worse, and he has watched his profession change, mostly for the worse. The result is--you cannot get the full story from this vital region. That guarantees that US policy will be misdirected. Mark will explain why and answer your questions.  Free at the JHJC Center at 610 W. Broadway, Jackson.

Friday, Nov. 11, 6:30 p.m. Sisterhood Shabbat and inaugural meeting.  Vegetarian main dish provided, please bring a side dish to share.  Please RSVP to Andrea Mazer  HERE  if you would like to join us for Shabbat or learn more about our new Sisterhood group.

Students made stone soup and brought one batch to the folks over at The Good Samaritan Mission and saved one batch to eat under their sukkah.

Students made lovely cards for the residents of the Good Samaritan Mission to accompany their stone soup.
