Executive Director's Summit
Jackson Hole WY offers a stunning backdrop for information, collaboration and rejuvenation.


At the beginning of November, DD Council executive directors met for 3 days in Wyoming for their annual leadership summit. A special thank you to Shannon Buller for hosting this year's event.
 
Executive Directors had the opportunity to engage in discussions with Commissioner Aaron Bishop, learn about the Social Power of Self-Advocacy and participate in panel presentations on strategic planning and Council structure.

DD Council State Plan Amendment(s) Review

ITACC is offering a "refresher" overview for completing the annual DD Council State Plan Amendment(s). As a reminder, the State Plan Amendment(s) are due January 1, 2015. Two opportunities are provided and content for both will be the same.

FFY 2015 DD Council State Plan Amendments
All DD Councils should submit a FFY 2015 State Plan Amendment.  At a minimum, DD Council State Plan Amendments should provide an updated DD Council membership roster, an updated DD Council staff roster, the FY 2015 projected DD Council budget, and other appropriate amendments (examples are: updated evaluation plan, updated timelines to activities, updated activities or collaborators, etc.). 

2014 DD Council Annual Program Performance Report (APPR)
DD Council APPR's are due January 1, 2015. The report is the annual report that identifies and reports on progress achieved through advocacy, capacity building, and systemic change activities of the DD Council.  The APPR covers the previous year's federal fiscal activities. The Guidance for Completing the Annual DD Council Program Performance Report is updated and available by clicking here.
