Ongoing Activities: Hyde Health offers home care to newborns

The Hyde County Health Department participates in the Family Connects program, which helps ensure families have the resources they need to ensure the well-being of newborns. Through the grant funded program, Hyde Health offers nurse home visits to mothers in Hyde County that have just given birth.
