Retail Banking Management Development Program Trainee, M&T Bank
“B.E.S.T is an organization that has kept me on the right path from middle school all the way to my first job. They guide you and expect nothing less than excellence.
Admittedly, attending Gilman was a culture shock at first but I knew I’d be able to hold my own academically, athletically, and socially with the preparation from B.E.S.T.
With all the support I received, I excelled there and was able to matriculate to an amazing college and start my career at a strong institution.”

Cameron joined B.E.S.T. as a 6 th grader and graduated from Gilman School in 2013. B.E.S.T. remained in close touch with Cameron while he was attending Amherst College, and shared with him an opportunity to apply to the M&T Bank Management Development Program (MDP). The Management Development Program at M&T Bank is one of the most respected post-undergrad programs in the banking industry. MDPs receive intensive training in leadership, communication and finance, and then apply these skills in critical roles. Cam was selected to begin his career with M&T Bank in June of 2017, and B.E.S.T. is thrilled to have him back in Baltimore!
