IU Football Scout Day
Scouting IU Football Experience - November 17 & 18
We have a great opportunity for you in just a couple of weeks! Start your Thanksgiving holiday off right with some Indiana University football as they tackle the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. This is always an exciting event for Scouts and Scouters. Bring your family and join us at the IU Football Experience on November 17-18 for a campout in the Mellencamp Pavilion Fieldhouse and a day on the gridiron. Attached you will find a promotional flyer with a very reasonably price Scout Package including over-night camping, parking, game tickets, and much more.

Check in for camping will start at 6:00 pm at the Mellencamp Pavilion where you will receive your parking passes, tickets, and additional information about the event. You will be directed to the appropriate parking area and you can bring your overnight gear to the fieldhouse. We will have a slumber party style campout with games and activities late into the night and then you can set up your tent or just toss your sleeping bag on the turf and sleep (maybe…) in our designated area.
Packing List includes, but is not limited to:
  • Pillow
  • Sleeping bag/blankets
  • Toiletries (no showers available)
  • Clothing (appropriate for the weather)
  • Indoor games/activities (board games, footballs, Frisbees, ext.)
  • Tent (optional)
  • Snacks (optional)
  • Other overnight items as appropriate

If you do not plan to camp, you will need to pick up your game tickets and parking pass from the Council Service Center in Bloomington starting on Thursday, November 16 th and no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, November 17 th as you will not be able to get into the gate without a fee on game day. The time of the game has not been announced yet and we will keep you posted as soon as we find out by sending you an email at the address you register with. The cost is $52 per team of two (Adult + Youth) for the event. If you would like to purchase extra game tickets, an extra charge of $16 will be collected at the time of registration.

Please remember that these special priced tickets need to be ordered in advance so registration for this event will close on Wednesday, November 15 th and tickets after this time cannot be guaranteed.

Also, in addition to this great event, Indiana University is offering a special priced ticket to attend the IU Women’s Basketball game on Friday evening at 7:00 pm against Western Kentucky for just $5.00. This is another great opportunity to attend some college sports! Tickets will be available upon check in for the Football Experience.
