Our Director of Clinical Services Amy Mitchell-Washington LPC and the four master level licensed therapists/care coordinators in our residential treatment programs have been busy taking online classes, participating in classroom learning  sessions, and conducting therapy sessions with the children and families we serve. Our leadership team and our direct care staff are also receiving instruction and are working to implement protocols and procedures needed to transform our campus into a trauma-informed environment.

Halloween was a BLAST!
The boys enjoyed a wonderful Halloween carnival thanks to many volunteers and Windwood staff. They decorated their houses and picked pumpkins to adorn the porches. Halloween is one of our favorite holidays on the farm because our kids get to simply BE kids. We are in the business of bringing childhood back to our children and Halloween is a fun way to see how our kids exhibit their creativity and imagination through their costumes!
