"GRATITUDE turns what we have into enough, and more.  It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity... it makes sense of our past, bring peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow"
-  Melody Beattie

Dear friend,

We made a list of some of the things we're thankful for here at Street Yoga-- and you're on it!  We hope you have some time this month to make a list of your own.

We're grateful for...
  • Cool, crisp fall air
  • Apple cider and mulled wine
  • Street Yoga youth-- who inspire us, make us laugh, and remind us of what's important
  • Late sunrises, so we can get a full night's rest and witness the beauty of the earth soaked in morning light
  • Heated yoga with long Savasanas
  • Moving meditations on fall hikes alongside trees with colorful leaves
  • Pumpkin flavored... everything
  • Comfy layers, wool socks, warm hats
  • Reading by the fireplace
  • Gathering with friends for yoga, brisk walks or cozy chats with tea
  • Mantras of gratitude
  • Ujjayi breath
  • Scarves, mittens, boots
  • A supportive community, partner organizations and studios
  • Dedicated volunteers-- teachers, board members, advisors, and friends!
  • Faithful donors who make our work sustainable-- we couldn't do what we do without you.
Cheers to taking time to slow down in a busy season, appreciating what we have, and honoring community.

With great gratitude,
Everyone at Street Yoga
