DRC Social Run @ Lake House

Join us for the last DRC social run in 2014 at Lake House Bar and Grill. We will start at 6:30 p.m. with a three-mile run. Afterwards, we will reconvene at Lake House to raffle an entry to the Trinity River Levee Run, scheduled for March 2015. Bring your ID and cash or credit card and join us for a bite and a drink. Registration is free! We just need a headcount. See you then! |

Dallas Marathon Expo Volunteers Needed

December 12 & 13, 2014
We need volunteers for four shifts:
- Friday, December 12
- 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, December 13
- 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The work is at the Health & Fitness Expo, Dallas Convention Center, 650 S. Griffin St, Dallas, Texas 75202.
This is a great opportunity to give back to running and the club, and also enjoy the Health & Fitness Expo before or after your shift!

Expo This was the first DRC Half Marathon & 5K Expo. It was a success, and our Expo coordinator is already making BIG plans for next year to celebrate the 40th DRC Half Marathon & 5K! Peanut Butter Drive Thanks to your generosity, we collected 244 pounds of peanut butter to help feed needy families through the North Texas Food Banks. Thank you! Leadership The Half has dedicated race directors and team leads. They work year-round, mostly behind the scenes, to get make this the best half marathon in Texas. We are very lucky and grateful to them. Next Year The DRC Half Marathon & 5K leadership team is already making HUGE plans for the 40th anniversary of The Half.
