MCKS Twin Hearts Meditation 
|
| November 3rd and 17th Always the First & Third Thursday Meditation on Twin Hearts is an advanced meditation technique aimed at achieving illumination or universal consciousness. It is also an instrument of world and community service that eventually harmonizes the earth by blessing it with loving-kindness, peace, joy and goodwill. Please arrive by 6:45 pm for a brief introduction. Promptly at 7:00 pm, the doors will be shut and we will begin with some light physical exercises. Master Choa Kok Sui will guide us in blessing the earth with the Meditation on Twin Hearts which lasts about 30-45 minutes. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share their experiences. For more information click here |

Arhatic Yoga Practice

Arhatic Yoga Meditations are powerful meditations that rapidly and safely accelerate the spiritual development of the practitioner. "Arhatic" derives from the word "arhat", which means "a highly evolved being." An Arhat is one who through diligent practice of yogic techniques and purposeful character building has overcome the impurities of desire and will. Please arrive by 8:45am for energy purifying physical and breathing exercises. We will then begin our meditation at 9:00 am or shortly thereafter which will include one of Master Choa Kok Sui's guided Arhatic Meditations. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share experiences. For more information click here

Thanksgiving
The energies and currents of Thanksgiving are upon us once again. As family and frie
nds are preparing to celebrate Thanksgiving, we at Pranic Healing of San Diego want to honor the blessings that we have received this year.
These blessings began with
our celebration of the Wesak festival in May here at our Center. In a very private and sacred ceremony we had a wonderful gathering of Pranic Healers to share in this profound honoring of the Lord Buddha and the Lord Christ in the blessing of the earth.
Another blessing was the presentation of research conducted by Pranic Healing of San Diego at the 2016 Research Symposium sponsored by the California Institute for Human Science in July. Working with Psy-Tek Labs, this research evaluated the effects of Pranic Healing on the biofields of subjects who participated in the free Pranic Healing Clinics. This research was well received, and we were asked to present the same research at the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine in September. Again it was very well received.
A Benedictine monk once wrote that Gratitude requires three things: recognition of the gift, acknowledgement of the gift, and acceptance of the gift.
As Pranic Healers and Arhatic Yogis, we recognize the gift of Master Choa Kok Sui by knowing him either personally or through his teachings. We woke up, took notice, and saw what he had to offer. We acknowledge the gift of Master Choa by realizing that something outside of ourselves had entered us, touched us and moved us. We accept the gift of Master Choa by saying "yes" with our entire hearts, embracing the teachings of Pranic Healing and the spiritual trainings of Arhatic Yoga.
This gratefulness has led to the creation of our Center, our many Pranic Healing classes, our Pranic Healing Instructor program, our Pranic Healer Certification program, our monthly free healing clinics, our various meditation groups, our study group, the website and newsletter, ongoing research and the many Pranic Healers who practice in our Center.
Indeed, we are filled with thankfulness. May you have a very blessed, and joyous Thanksgiving filled with Love, Light, Grace and Gladness.
