Women's Ordination Worldwide (WOW) invites you to submit a workshop proposal for the 2015 WOW International Conference: "Gender, Gospel, and Global Justice" to be held in Philadelphia, PA from September 18-20, 2015 at the Philadelphia Downtown Marriott.

We encourage workshops that address the theme of the conference through multicultural, international, feminist, and intersectional lenses.

Teresa Forcades is a Benedictine nun and a prominent activist for social justice. She is a medical doctor, has a master's degree from Harvard and is a feminist theologian who has been reprimanded by the Vatican for supporting women's rights.

Sister Teresa has gained a huge international following through her criticisms of pharmaceutical companies and her political campaign for the region of Catalonia to gain independence from Spain.
