|Nutrition Solutions is a 4 week intensive class designed by a registered dietician to teach women how to make small changes in their eating and activity habits to healthfully and permanently lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. This class is safe for for nursing moms. |
Here's the scoop!
What: Nutrition Solutions
When: Thursdays, 7-8pm
April 5, 12, 19, 26
Where: Tiny Tots
Why: To get you in the best shape of your life, inside and out!
Everything Else: $89/current Baby Boot Camp members, $109 for new members. You will receive a Nutrition Solutions folder with class handouts, a personal notebook to track your success, foods, etc. and 4 weeks of training including weekly weigh ins, measurements the first and last session, help setting personal goals every week, and an awesome support group of women just like you!
Here is a brief breakdown of what we'll be doing:
Week 1: Start tracking weight & inches, set goals, learn about balanced diets, the science behind weight loss, learn how many calories are needed to lose weight. Week 2: Identify foods that are lower in fat/calories and higher in fiber/nutrients, different between portions and servings, reading nutrition facts labels, daily calorie limits and how to stay within them.
Week 3: Strategies for eating better and less at home, meal plans and grocery shopping tips, healthy cooking, serving and storage tips.
Week 4: Tips for eating healthy on the go, coping with set backs, final weigh in and measurements.
