O,R&L President's Op-Ed Featured in the CT Mirror

Todd Renz, President of O,R&L Construction, recently wrote an Op-Ed on the possible repercussions the previously proposed State budget could have on the Connecticut Green Bank.  Projects like Bridgeport Microgrid would not have been possible without the support and involvement of the CT Green Bank who were essential in securing financing for the project through Key Bank. Their assistance in getting this microgrid project moving along is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to their positive contributions to the state - the CT Green Bank's investments through public-private partnerships has lead to the creation of over 13,000 jobs in the state.

As the summer came to a close, so did  our project at the Shore Haven Veterinary Hospital project located at 47 Frontage  Road in East Haven. While the project completion itself is newsworthy, the charitable efforts of the animal hospital in their first couple of weeks open is where the real story lie s.

Shore Haven Veterinary Hospital was one of the many facilities who rushed to get help for the pets who were displaced in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. The employees at the ho spital had the idea to take in some of the animals in need. Shortly afterwards, a delivery arrived at the animal hospital - almost 50 dogs from Texas. The endeavor was not a simple one for the animal hospital - especially for a facility that just opened up its doors after a major construction renovation was completed. Their willingness to provide care for these animals has not gone unnoticed - it's places like Shore Haven Veterinary Hospital that make us proud to be a part of this community!
