O,R&L Construction held our annual Early Morning Learning Series event. We were joined by Controlled Air to present an educational program which focused on the integrated design approach that was incorporated to construct the high performance, energy efficient Soundview YMCA located in Branford, CT. Todd Renz, President of O,R&L Construction, and Vincent Chiocchio, President of Controlled Air, educated our audience on everything from the beginning stages of the design phase, to the co-generation unit  and HVAC system that were installed which make the drastic difference in energy costs each month.

This year the YMCA celebrates 5 years since opening its doors in 2011, and all program attendees were given the opportunity to tour the facility and see the co-generation unit and all its components.
