Welcome back to the start of another school year! I hope you found some time to rest, relax, and recharge and are now ready for a great year.

Though you wear many hats, your role as an instructional leader is essential! I want to personally invite you and your staff to the OAESA Reading Summit designed to support you in that role. Our theme is EQUITY AND ACCESS IN EDUCATION and the Summit will be held on Tuesday, October 9, in Columbus at the Nationwide Conference Center.

Scholastic Book Fairs is our partner for this event and they are providing two wonderful keynote speakers, Donalyn Miller and Byron Garrett. Several of your colleagues from around the state will be providing breakout sessions throughout the day as well.

Click the yellow button below to view the agenda and more details. I hope to see you and your staff there!
