The Public Law Center's South East Asian Legal Outreach Program (SEALOP) provides free civil legal assistance at the BPSOS Center for Community Advancement, Inc., 13950 Milton Ave. Suite 301, Westminster, CA 92683.    
Clinics take place on the second Saturday of every month from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. 

Volunteer attorneys and Vietnamese-English translators are needed.

APPLICATION DEADLINE May 15th - ABA FLS Fellowship Program 
The ABA Section of Family Law is seeking applications for its Fellowship Program from family attorneys who demonstrate financial need and (1) meet diversity criteria, or (2) work in legal services or non-profit legal organizations whose work centers around providing free or low-cost family legal services to individuals in traditionally underserved diverse communities. 

The Section is currently recruiting interested applicants for up to five (5) fellowship positions. This is a two (2) year program and will begin in September 2018 and end in August 2020.  The attorneys selected to participate in the fellowship program must attend each FLS conference for the next two (2) years beginning with the Fall 2018 CLE Conference in Tucson, AZ, October 3-6, 2018. May 18th - OneJustice Seeks Volunteer Attorneys for Immigration Clinic for Survivors of Domestic Violence 
OneJustice is seeking volunteer attorneys for an immigration clinic for survivors of domestic violence this Friday, May 18, 2018; 9:30am-3:00pm in Downtown Fullerton (confidential shelter address to be provided to confirmed volunteers).

OneJustice's IMPACT LA program supports survivors of domestic violence in Southern California by providing wrap around legal services in a clinic setting. At this clinic, we will be partnering with one of the oldest domestic violence program in Orange County, and assisting with related immigration issues. Training and supervision is provided, so no specific U/T/VAWA Visa experience is required. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain familiarity with immigration issues that commonly impact survivors of domestic violence and victims of crime.

APPLICATION DEADLINE June 15th - 2019 Baker Donelson Diversity Scholarship
Baker Donelson is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where the individual differences among individuals are understood, respected, appreciated, and recognized as sources of strength of the Firm, believing these qualities enrich the working environment.

With this in mind, Baker Donelson announces that the 2019 Baker Donelson Diversity Scholarship application is now available. Three scholarships will be awarded to three diverse rising 2L law students who will complete their first year of law school by June 2018. Recipients will be awarded a six-week, salaried 2L Summer Associate position for the summer of 2019 in one of the Firm's offices. Additionally, each recipient will be awarded $10,000, which will be paid prior to the student's third year of law school, to help defray the cost of law school tuition and related expenses.
