Seeking Furniture Donations for the Refugee family that OKC will Sponsor
As many of you know, Ohr Kodesh will be sponsoring a refugee family. Although we do not yet know the size of the family, what country they are from, and when they will arrive (probably within 3-6 months, but maybe sooner), we are already making plans to collect donations of furniture and household items in good condition. We have an opportunity to store such items free of charge, but must be able to collect them by Friday, May 26. If you have beds, chests of drawers, a kitchen table and/or chairs, living room furniture, lamps, kitchen items, linens, or electronics in NEW OR GOOD CONDITION that you no longer need and would care to provide for OKC to perform this
mitzvah, please contact Bob Hyams at 202-966-0585 or
[email protected]. Thank you.
