Common Ground on Water: Industry, Agencies Come Together to Think Through Drought Plans

The Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) and U.S. Bureau of Reclamation hosted an "Oklahoma Drought Challenge" on September 17, 2014, at the National Weather Center in Norman, Oklahoma. The OWRB believe it is important to have good representation from all water use sectors in Oklahoma, and public water supply is one that is of vital importance.  In attendance was Lawton Assistant City Manager, Jim Russell.
