3rd Annual ACC InVenture Prize Recap
On April 5 & 6, nearly 40 student entrepreneurs (14 teams) from across the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) traveled to Georgia Tech to participate in the 3rd annual ACC InVenture Prize for $30,000 in cash prizes.

Georgia Tech Sends Students to Meeting of the Minds Conference
The 2018 ACC Meeting of the Minds conference was held April 6-8 and was hosted by Boston College. The conference celebrates undergraduate research and provides an opportunity for sharing of ideas and collaboration.

Inaugural SLS Award Presented at the Faculty & Staff Honors Luncheon
On April 11, SLS presented Dr. Todd Michney, Assistant Professor, School of History and Sociology, with the inaugural SLS Award for Excellence in Community-Engaged Sustainability Teaching.
The Provost will host a town hall on April 25th at 1pm to discuss the Commission on Creating the Next in Education (CNE). In its final report, CNE envisions a Georgia Tech that will serve an increasingly diverse population of learners and recommends an ambitious proposal called the Georgia Tech Commitment to a Lifetime Education.
