Staying connected to everything happening in Women's Field Lacrosse in Ontario!
Welcome to the OWFL 2016 Season

OWFL Players, Coaches and Families

Your new OWFL Executive Council is excited about the upcoming 2016 season  - we hope to welcome you back!

Plans are well underway at the 16 Ontario locations that run OWFL programs at either the House League or Rep team level.  If you haven’t done so already reach out to your local club – our on-line registration system is open for business and in many centers programs are filling up quickly!

We are excited about this first Electronic Newsletter that will go out to the 2500 players, coaches and lacrosse families in our OWFL community.  This will be one of the main ways that we communicate with you about news and upcoming events throughout our season.

In the coming days and weeks you will be receiving news about a number of new initiatives – look for updates regarding:

  • Exciting news regarding Team Ontario (U19) and its quest for a National Championship

  • Summer Games U17 All-Star Teams

  • The creation of an OWFL Festival which will see all rep teams competing for Provincials over the August 1st weekend

  • Rule Modifications at the U11 and U13 levels

We look forward to seeing you at the fields!!!!

 John Mayo

OWFL Commissioner
