Hackney, Mathas awards honor teachers

 

They arrive before the students and leave after our Oaks have called it a day. The dedication of these exemplary teachers isn't going unnoticed. Whether it's staying late to offer extra help to a student or implementing new programs, the efforts of several teachers were recognized with Hackney Awards and Mathas Awards

As Norfolk Collegiate students counted down their final days of the school year, their teachers and classmates were also busy recognizing the students' accomplishments. From Lower School firsts to Middle School standouts to Upper School accomplishments, the awards were flowing as our Oaks, once again, raised the bar. Read more

Students lend their voices to MOCA exhibit

 

Collegiate families will hear some familiar voices throughout the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art's summer exhibit, Multiplicity. The students researched, wrote and recorded the teen audio tours for the exhibit, which is open through the summer.  Read more
