Join Ocean Wise at Toronto's Drake Hotel on Monday June 18th for the Ocean Wise Sustainable Ceviche Smackdown presented by Ivy Knight.

 

Five chefs including Taylor McKeekin from Mildred's Temple Kitchen, Kevin Gilmour from The Drake Hotel, David Friedman from Redfish, Daisuke Izutsu from Daisuke Kitchen and Chef Steve Gonzales will be competing to make the best sustainable ceviche.

 

In addition to the People's Choice, a panel of judges will be selecting the evening's winner.

 

Special thanks to Seacore Seafood who are generously donating all sustainable seafood choices.

 

Metropolitan Premium Wines and Sake is generously sponsoring the event. A portion of the sales from each glass of sake sold at the event will be donated to Ocean Wise - so drink up!
