Dear Friend of UMD, Friend of Macedonia:
No matter whether its at the United Nations, the European Union, the U.S. Congress, the Australian Parliament, or the Canadian Parliament, UMD is making sure Macedonians have a voice. But not everything we do is about educating policymakers. UMD is more than just an advocacy organization.
Just a glimpse into what else UMD is doing or plans to do:
- UMD is planning another active charitable campaign to help Macedonia's needy. Last winter's campaign to help the elderly in Macedonia was a huge success. Over 200 elders were benefactors of our campaign. (if you missed the pictures, click here); - The new publication - UMD Business Brief, was launched this month to highlight the state of the Macedonian economy (in case you missed it, click here); and If you missed the UMD President's blog story about how UMD was formed, please click here. Make an Impact! We welcome your feedback about how we can best keep you informed. Please e-mail Metodija A. Koloski at mkoloski@umdiaspora.org. If you know a friend or colleague who would appreciate receiving this e-bulletin, please click on the "Forward to a Friend" link at the bottom of this e-mail.
We hope you enjoying reading October's UMD Bulletin below! Thanks to you, UMD is able to make an impact! Thank you for your continued support! Sincerely, UMD Board of Directors |
