MESSAGE FROM DR. WOESTMAN
The district's Strategic Plan Team met on October 11 to review data and other information for use in developing a shared understanding of where the district is today with regard to performance.  After breaking down into small groups, each consisting of students, teachers, board members, union leaders, parents, community, and administrators, the team reconvened and created a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis.

As your thoughts and ideas are a valuable part of the process in creating conditions for our students to achieve at high levels, please take a few minutes between now and
October 28 to review the 1-page SWOT analysis and provide your feedback.
